Advantages of polymer batteries!

1: The difference between lithium batteries and polymers
Lithium batteries are a liquid metal made up of iron, carbon and other elements. They generally operate at temperatures between minus 60°C and 700°C. At present, the polymer lithium batteries used in the market mainly include lithium-ion batteries and nickel-metal hydride power batteries. 1. High safety: Because the polymer material itself is difficult to catch fire and burn, there is no need to worry about short circuit or explosion during use. 2. Long service life: Lithium batteries have a long service life, which can usually reach more than 1000 cycles. 3. Fast charge and discharge rate: polymer lithium battery has a high charge and discharge rate, so that it can recover capacity faster. 4. Good environmental protection: Because the polymer material itself is much cheaper than the traditional car gasoline, this new type of energy is very suitable for electric vehicles.

2: Advantage 1: Good security performance
The difference between lithium batteries and polymers is that their chemical reaction mechanism is different. Polyacrylamide is an organic substance that reacts with oxygen to form carbon dioxide gas, which can only be broken down into monomers at high temperatures. As a result, lithium-ion batteries need to use more power to produce more energy. In addition, because polyolefin materials themselves have high heat resistance, they can be used to create better performance power batteries. In general, lithium batteries are much faster than traditional polymer batteries. In fact, however, this is not a big deal, because electrochemical processes usually involve only one molecule, or just two molecules linked together. But when researchers experimentally discovered a new additive that enables conductive polymer composites to form so-called “dynamic tunnels,” they realized that doing so would greatly speed up the process. These “dynamic tunnels” actually mean that a large number of electrons are present in the material. It is because the electrons move along the tunnel line that the inside of the material becomes hotter and hotter, which dissipates the heat. This makes it possible for the whole cycle to run sustainably. In addition, the voltage/current ratio provided by the dynamic tunnel structure also greatly improves the power utilization.
3: Highlight 2: High power density.

High power density is another important advantage of polymer lithium batteries. This is mainly because traditional lithium-ion batteries have a capacity of about 30Ah/g under normal working conditions. The volume of lithium-ion batteries made of polymer materials will be greatly reduced, so the energy utilization rate of the battery can be improved. In addition, due to the excellent thermal and chemical stability of the polymer material, it can effectively prevent problems such as spontaneous combustion and short circuit of the battery. Highlight 3: Low cost Polymer lithium batteries are low in cost, which makes them more and more popular. And this way is also suitable for mass production, thus reducing costs. In addition, the use of polymer materials has the benefit of reducing the environmental burden. In general, polymer lithium batteries have many advantages, but there are still some limitations. However, as technology advances, these technologies will improve and become more practical.
